An Express Check-In is sent to guests once the pre-arrival form is complete and the park is ready. For sites, this is from 12pm, while accommodation check-in is strictly from 2pm.
You can view your booking details and make changes to your booking online via the Guest Portal. Your login details for the Guest Portal can be found the confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
Pets are not permitted anywhere in the park, including accommodation, sites, and visitor areas.
This policy applies to all guests and visitors.
More than 14 days before arrival: Refund of any payments made, minus a $25 administration fee, or option to hold a full credit valid for 12 months.
Within 14 days (peak) or 7 days (off-peak): No refund; all payments forfeited.
A request to change dates within the cancellation penalty period is treated as a cancellation of the original booking. The value of your booking cannot be held as credit if cancelled within the cancellation penalty. All date changes are subject to the same notice periods, fees, and forfeits that apply to cancellations. A new booking must then be made at the current rates and subject to availability.
No refunds for early departures, poor weather, late arrivals, or COVID-related cancellations (treated as standard cancellations).
Promotional/discounted rates may carry non-refundable conditions, clearly stated at the time of booking.

Yes! We have free wifi available for guests to use at our park.

Camp Kitchens
We have multiple well-stocked camp kitchens, with ample bench space, communal fridges, 4-burner stovetops and ovens, microwaves, kettles, and dining tables and chairs for guest use. There are also designated BBQ facilities throughout the park for guest use.
Laundry
We have a designated laundry with coin-operated washing machines and dryers for guest use.
Amenities
We have a number of amenities buildings with hot showers, toilets and accessible bathroom facilities.
Dump Points
We have five dump points available throughout the park for your convenience, please refer to our park map for their locations.
Recreational Facilities
We have a splash park, games room, and pedal karts available for hire.

We have a conference room available for use, please contact reception to enquire about this.

Yes, we offer a fully accessible cabin designed for wheelchair users, featuring step-free access, a spacious layout, and an accessible bathroom. Our park also includes accessible amenities to help ensure a comfortable and inclusive stay for all guests.
Yes, visitors are welcome during your stay, but they must check in at reception upon arrival. We kindly ask that all guests and visitors respect park rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
