Park Rules 

Office Hours

8am to 7pm, 7 days a week.

Check-in Time

Check in from 2pm, check out by 10am

These rules help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests. Non-compliance may result in fees or eviction without refund. 

Noise & Behaviour

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. 
  • Please be considerate of other guests at all times. 
  • Excessive noise, loud parties, offensive language, or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated. 
  • Generators are not permitted at any time. 
  • Children must be supervised at all times, including in the games room, amenities, playground, and splash park areas. 
  • Please ensure that children do not play around amenity blocks, the boom gate, or the main entrance. 
  • Anti-social behaviour is not acceptable and may result in any guest, visitor, or member of the public being immediately evicted from the park.  
  • Such behaviour includes but is not limited to causing damage, disturbing other guests, tempered language and profanities or otherwise breaking park behavioural standards.  

Vehicles & Parking

  • Speed limit: 8 km/h (walking pace). 
  • Strictly no tailgating at any time. 
  • Each reservation includes one allocated car park. 
  • All vehicles must be parked within the site boundaries or in the designated cabin parking bay 
  • All vehicles must be registered in our reservation system and also hold a valid state registration. Only registered vehicles are permitted on site. 

Bikes, Scooters & Rollerblades

  • Helmets must be worn at all times. 
  • Riding is permitted only during daylight hours. 
  • Please observe all road rules. 
  • Riding in or around the camp kitchen, amenities, or boom gate is not allowed. 
  • Electric scooters and electric skateboards are not permitted within park grounds. 

Fires & BBQs

  • Open campfires and coal/wood/heat bead-fuelled BBQs are not permitted. 
  • Gas BBQs are permitted in designated areas only. 

Visitors

  • Visitors must register at reception and are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. 
  • There is no visitor parking on site; visitors must park outside the park. 
  • Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. 
  • Pets are not permitted for visitors or guests. 

Sites & Cabins

  • All equipment and vehicles must fit within site boundaries and not exceed guest capacity limits. 
  • Maximum occupancy:  
    • 6 people per powered site 
    • 2 people per unpowered site 
  • No tents, swags or gazebos are to be set up around cabins. 
  • All setups must be drawbar-to-kerb for safety and access. 
  • Specific sites and cabin numbers cannot be guaranteed, though preferences will be considered. 

Facilities & Amenities

  • Amenities, laundries, BBQs, and camp kitchens are shared facilities—please clean up after use. 
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using amenities or recreation facilities. 
  • Complimentary WiFi is available; service and coverage may vary across the park. 
  • AEDs are located at the north and south camp kitchens and at the office. 
  • Laundry facilities are coin-operated and open 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. 
  • Dump points are available for guest use. 

Safety

  • Recreational activities within the park are undertaken at your own risk. 
  • Please supervise children and infants at all times. 
  • Follow management instructions and posted signage for the safety of all guests. 

Smoking & Alcohol 

  • Smoking is not permitted in any accommodation, amenities, or common areas. 
  • Alcohol may be consumed at your allocated site or cabin, and in the camp kitchen and BBQ areas only.

Courtesy

  • Be respectful of other guests and staff. 
  • Dispose of rubbish responsibly and help us keep the park clean. 
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the office promptly. 
  • Please access all park facilities via designated paths and roads, and do not walk through other guests’ sites to ensure privacy and respect for everyone.
