Cancellation Policy for Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park

More than 14 days before arrival: Refund of any payments made, minus a $25 administration fee, or option to hold a full credit valid for 12 months.
Within 14 days (peak) or 7 days (off-peak): No refund; all payments forfeited. 
- A request to change dates within the cancellation penalty period is treated as a cancellation of the original booking. The value of your booking cannot be held as credit if cancelled within the cancellation penalty. All date changes are subject to the same notice periods, fees, and forfeits that apply to cancellations. A new booking must then be made at the current rates and subject to availability.
No refunds for early departures, poor weather, late arrivals, or COVID-related cancellations (treated as standard cancellations). 
Promotional/discounted rates may carry non-refundable conditions, clearly stated at the time of booking.
